Company Driver — OTR
$.58–$.65 / mile
- Class A CDL required
- 2+ years OTR experience
- Clean MVR & background
- Dry van & flatbed lanes available
Independent Contractor
Owner-Operator — Lease On
85–88% of load
- Class A CDL required
- Your own authority or lease-on
- 2+ years verifiable experience
- Consistent freight, no forced dispatch
Full-Time
Regional Driver
$.55–$.60 / mile
- Class A CDL required
- 1+ year experience
- Home most weekends
- Midwest & Southeast lanes
Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
Clean driving record (MVR)
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
Must pass DOT physical & drug screen
No more than 2 at-fault accidents in 3 years
